Multi-skilled garment operator
Location: Ronse, Belgium
As a multi-skilled garment operator, you contribute to a variety of tasks within the textile and garment production process. You work with precision, follow instructions carefully, and play an active role in ensuring an efficient, high-quality finish of our products. You also take part in initiatives focused on recycling and giving new life to clothing.
Job description
- Carry out various garment production tasks such as sewing, cutting, ironing, and finishing, in line with technical guidelines
- Perform customer-specific alterations on clothing
- Operate industrial sewing machines and other garment production equipment
- Sort, dismantle, and process used clothing for recycling or reuse
- Check quality and finishing according to established standards
- Pack and prepare orders
Profile
- Experience in garment production, textiles, repairs, or a similar production environment is a plus
- You have experience working with industrial sewing machines
- You work accurately, stay organized, and have a strong eye for detail
- You are flexible and quick to learn new tasks
- You can work independently but are also a strong team player
- You are comfortable using a computer and open to learning new programs
- You are fluent in Dutch and French
