Quality & Compliance Manager

Job description

• Define, deploy and manage the quality strategy in line with the company’s objectives.
• Ensure the conformity of products, processes and quality systems.
• Driving the continuous improvement of products, processes and technologies.
• Providing technical support during product launches, scale-up phases, and large-scale production.
• Identify, analyze and resolve complex quality problems.
• Maintain, develop and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Train, raise awareness and engage teams in a sustainable quality culture.
• Implement proactive management of quality risks and corrective actions.
• To guide, motivate and develop quality teams.
• Reduce costs associated with poor quality (rework, rejections, customer returns).
• Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure clear and reliable reporting.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of inspections, the Traffic Light System, and Quality Check Routes.

Profile

• Proven experience in quality management and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Natural leadership, ability to unite and develop teams.
• Excellent command of quality systems and control tools.
• A structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong field awareness and ability to operate in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of French is a must.
• International experience or experience in a multicultural environment is an asset.
