Prototypes underwent rigorous field tests to refine the design, incorporating feedback from NHS staff. The trials ensured that the uniforms provided a full range of movement, supported a comfortable temperature, and were easy to launder.

NHS Supply Chain collaborated with early adopters know as 'pathfinder trusts'. These trusts are providing insightful feedback, identify early challenges, and analysing their experience to help future implementation with other trusts. Their involvement ensures a smoother transition benefitting both healthcare staff and patients.
