Customer Care Officer

Job description

You are the main point of contact for our clients and work closely with our Account Managers on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth handling of all their requests and inquiries. With your organizational skills and customer-oriented approach, you contribute to optimal customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

• Follow up on projects from order to delivery
• Prepare and manage price quotations, samples, orders, and complaint handling
• Monitor delivery timelines and provide delivery updates to clients
• Anticipate client needs and convert client requests into orders
• Prepare accurate client reports and present them when needed
• Work in an international environment

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Office Management, or equivalent through experience
• Very good command of French and Dutch (knowledge of English and German is a plus)
• Your main motivation: ensuring customer satisfaction
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn it. At Alsico, we are happy to train our employees
