Junior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and motivated graphic designer to join our team and play a key role in creating visual assets that drive the brand’s communication across multiple channels. This role will support the marketing team with high-quality creativity, including company reports, brochures, and web assets. In addition, the graphic designer will support the alsico academy, documenting and visualizing its story as part of our broader brand narrative.
Job description
This is a group role with responsibility for design initiatives across Europe, requiring a proactive and collaborative approach. The ideal candidate is eager to grow, has solid art working skills, a strong understanding of multi-channel design, and the ability to support website content updates through content management systems. Fluency or familiarity with multiple languages is a strong advantage.
Global impact: Design & artwork creation:
- Design and produce artwork for reports, brochures, and other print materials.
- Develop creative assets for multi-channel use (web, email, social media), ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize, execute, and optimize visual elements for campaigns and brand initiatives.
Digital content management:
- Update and manage website content through content management systems.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create assets that support website, email, and social media strategies.
Storytelling & documentation:
- Support the alsico academy in capturing and documenting its journey, creating visuals that communicate its mission and impact.
- Develop graphics, presentations, and video assets to tell the alsico academy story.
Multi-language support:
- Collaborate with teams across Europe and the UK, ensuring brand consistency and cultural relevance in each region.
- Support translation needs and manage design adjustments for multi-language assets.
Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (internships or first job experience also count).
- Art working skills: Solid art working skills with a focus on print and digital assets.
- Technical proficiency: Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
- Digital skills: Interest and basic experience with content management systems, and designing for web and social media.
- Multi-channel design: Understanding of design requirements across various channels.
- Storytelling ability: Ability to document and convey narratives visually (presentations, infographics, brand stories).
- Language skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Communication: Collaborative mindset, eager to learn and grow in an international environment.
