Junior Marketing Officer
As a Junior Marketing Officer, you'll play a key role in developing and executing a strategic marketing approach that resonates both locally and internationally. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll help bring creative campaigns and compelling content to life. Job description
As Junior Marketing Officer, you will help coordinate daily marketing activities. Your role will include:
- Collaborating with the Group Marketing Director and EU Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing plans that address both international and local needs. This includes managing promotional calendars, product launches, and other strategic initiatives.
- Developing and monitoring marketing campaigns, and generating performance reports, because data-driven decisions are key.
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and collection of relevant content across various channels—because content is king!
- Conducting market, brand, and customer analysis to support decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Contributing ideas and co-developing innovative marketing initiatives alongside the development team.
- Assisting with the organization and execution of trade shows and events.
- Managing website updates and setting up effective email marketing campaigns.
Profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
- You’re proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud, know how to handle SEO/SEA, and are familiar with various social media channels.
- You understand various marketing channels in both print and digital formats and are eager to continue learning and developing your skills in digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills are essential in this role.
- You work in a structured way and have strong organizational talent. You are dynamic, independent, flexible, and work well under deadlines.
