Junior Marketing Officer

Job description

As a Junior Marketing Officer, you will coordinate daily marketing tasks with a strong focus on content creation and storytelling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Group Marketing Director & EU Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans that address both international and local needs (e.g. promotional calendars, product launches, and other projects).
• Creating and planning engaging content (texts, visuals, photos, videos) for various channels: website, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications.
• Enhancing alsico’s online presence by optimizing content for SEO and social media, while keeping the website up to date.
• Supporting campaigns by producing content, analyzing results, and reporting on performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams and customers to collect and develop content (such as case studies, customer stories, testimonials).
• Assisting in the organization of events and trade fairs, including creating supporting communication materials.
• Exploring and experimenting with new marketing ideas and digital tools, including AI applications for content creation.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
• You have strong copywriting skills and know how to tailor content to different audiences.
• You have basic knowledge of photography and/or video, or are willing to grow in this area.
• You are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and have an interest in SEO/SEA and social media management.
• You are communicative, structured, creative, and able to work independently and flexibly.
