Supply Chain & Planning Officer

Job description

• Organize the export of raw materials to our international production sites.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks within the department.
• Monitor and record raw material delivery times in SAP, and follow up with suppliers when needed.
• Prepare export invoices and corresponding customs documentation.
• Order raw materials from suppliers and track deliveries.
• Coordinate transport from suppliers to our company and to overseas production facilities.
• Manage and maintain accurate master data in SAP.
• Monitor production and delivery schedules and provide regular reports.
• Develop and follow up on individual projects within the department.
• Report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in logistics or economics.
• Initial experience in supply chain, export, or production planning is an asset.
• You are accurate, organized, and an excellent communicator.
• Experience with SAP is a plus, or you are eager to learn it.
• You have a very good command of Dutch and French, and a good working knowledge of English.
• You can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• You are flexible, able to multitask, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
