The steady flow of fresh air drastically lowers the CO₂ levels and moderates the temperature and humidity inside the suit.

cyclop® consists of a cleanroom suit with a goggles unit directly integrated into it, in combination with a ventilation circuit.
All risks of skin exposures are eliminated, vision remains crystal clear at all times and operators work in comfort-levels never experienced before in the cleanroom industry!
a breath of fresh air
The Swiss engineered cyclop® A1 ventilation circuit is a breath of fresh air compared to existing ventilation solutions. It is much lighter (386g including battery), quieter (<55dB at full speed) and is designed more ergonomically, thanks to the positioning next to the hip bone. The airflow can be controlled using a touchless connection (sterile) with an NFC chip in the sleeve of the suit.

Operations
embroidery
For a more professional image, your company logo can be applied to most garments. If required, in addition to your logo, you can also add the department, job title or name of individual wearers.
Depending on what garment you choose, the logo can be positioned in a choice of locations including chest, sleeve, back or trouser pocket.
Workwear embroidery enhances work clothes, providing you with a professional uniform that is consistent with your branding.
embroidered Logos
Embroidery threads, available in a wide choice of colours including metallics, can be embroidered directly onto the garment or supplied on fabric backing for easy removal and re-use. Our embroidery machines can produce intricate stitch work in different colours for greater detail. FR garments requiring embroidery are sewn in Nomex FR thread.
heat-seal badges
Plastic coated for extra protection can be heat-applied directly to the garments, or onto a fabric backing that can be sewn on. These badges are ideal for food industry applications and garments intended for industrial laundering.
transfer badges
Supplied on a white or coloured fabric background and can be ironed or sewn onto the garment. FR badges are also available for FR garments.
