arx is the home for all our initiatives in care, repair, rework and recycle.
arx goes back almost 2 decades
Saving our planet, hence safeguarding our future, will only be possible with a behavioral change. We must do things differently. In trying to simplify things and keeping everyone on board, we have come up with the acronym “arx” which stands for the 3 most important things to do if we want to realise our definition of sustainable developments which is “development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”

Arx makes it easy to prolong the life of your alsico garment or give it a second life.
care & repair centres
Maximize the life of your workwear with our repair & care service. We ensure your garments stay functional and durable, reducing waste and supporting sustainability.
rework program
Give your workwear a second life through our rework program. We carefully inspect and clean returned items, making them available again through our rework program.
recycle
When garments have reached the end of their life, you can send back your garments to our garment collector. Via our recycle process turns them into new materials, such as insulation or fibers, reducing waste.
The arx initiative is our way of taking responsibility for the impact we have on the environment, by actively reducing our impacts whilst extending the lifetime of our products.

The arx initiative is our contribution to take responsibility, reduce our impact by making quality garments, extending the lifetime by offering repair for our garments and facilitate garment collecting when they are due for a second life.
We also want to share knowledge/insights and inspire others by “showing” how we do things today and by learning from one another; together working on a better future for the professional clothing industry.
Because the real solution lies with us and implies a behavioural change.

Thanks to our repair and refurbishing center, we make sure your garments receive the extended life they deserve.
Whether it's a rebrand, the need for an extra pocket, or shorter sleeves, all requests are welcome at our repair and refurbish center.
Let us give your clothing another chance to shine. Share your needs with us, and we'll ensure your clothing evolves with you.
If we identify a repair that's needed, we'll handle it automatically.
However, we believe that certain repairs can be done by you. That's why we'll soon offer instructional videos, providing you with the tools and knowledge to tackle certain repairs yourself. Ripped your pants? Don't worry; we'll guide you through the fix!
