Customer Care Officer

Job description

You are the main point of contact for our clients and work closely with our Account Managers on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth handling of all their requests and inquiries. With your organizational skills and customer-oriented approach, you contribute to optimal customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

• Follow up on projects from order to delivery
• Prepare and follow up quotations, orders, and customer complaints
• Monitor delivery timelines and provide delivery updates to clients
• Anticipate client needs and convert client requests into orders
• Prepare accurate client reports and present them when needed
• Support customers across the Benelux region in an international environment

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or Office Management, or equivalent through experience
• Very good spoken and written command of Dutch and French. Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
• Your main motivation: ensuring customer satisfaction
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn it
• Accurate and well organized
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly (with colleagues and clients)
• Flexible and able to meet deadlines
• Experience with tender processing is an asset
